IT was among the broken bottles and cans
thats where i found my first true love
she was rooting about in a bin
looking as picturesque as the sky above
i said “hey what you looking for”
she replied”well im going out tonight.
and im looking for some decent clothes
cos i dont want to go out in any old shyte
i told her that id found a size ten dress
she looked at me with glee
but i said you can only have it on one condition
and thats tonight you come out with me
she looked at me dubiously
and said i dunno,i have got me pride
i tell yer wot mate let me go home,try on the dress
maybe that will help me decide
well seeing id already fallen in love with her
i asked her to meet me outside the flats
when she said yes
i was so happy i went down to the river to shoot me some ratspart 2
when i met her later that night
she was lookin ever so elegant wearing her dress
that i had found it that morning nobody would ever guess
well we were going out steady now
and we used to root in the skips together
but then one day we had a row over some lead
she said i dont want too see you again ever!
i was broken hearted as i carried my scrap home that night
that girl to me was everything
if i didnt get her back,life simply wouldnt be worth living
summer was drifting slowly into autumn
i spotted her lookking for mushrooms in the park
i pleaded with her to go back with me
she said oh i dunno let me think oh ok then mark
well we been married 3 years now
and on our anniversary we visit different tips
and we take our little son along,to let him root round in the skips
and as me and the wife hold hands in the beatwaste together
what i really hope my son will find
that one day when he is older

funny thing is,clarkey was on talk sport thi morning,talking about the olympics.but soon got round to talking about utd as he normally does,i hate being compared to jonothan and vica versa,hes red im blue, hes from salford im not,im good looking hes not,hes rich im not
he advertises sugar puffs,i dont,but on saying that ive got a soft spot for clarkie,weve had rows,weve had beers together,%%%%% together,but at the end of the day we are just poets and thats it,i might give him a ring later and give him some shyte about his biased nonsense on talk sport,the bar steward :D@rogue trader wrote:
