Hi wonder if anyone can help.. cant get in msn and havent been able to for last few days… keeps giving errror message of 80072efd. Have tried uninstalling then reinstalling but no joy. Also can’t access hotmail page :o(
any ideas? works in work

I’ve had this problem for the last 2 days. I thought I dabble and see what I can do and it worked straight away, I hope this works for everyone else. What I did went intoThe MSN Messenger TOOLS>OPTIONS>CONNECTION>ADVANCED SETTINGS> and unticked all the proxy settings (socks & HTTP) so only the TCP should be ticked . Applied and I got online straight away :D
tried this earlier and didnt make hee haw difference. Now it wont let me do updates

Uninstalled Norton and then reinstalled it and it seemed to do the trick, so who knows.
Working now anyway.
