It’s a joke she was not suitable, and that’s all there is to it. Her company, her choice. Muslims like her just do nothing for community relations
It was indirect discrimination, does that mean if a single mother was to get a house before a man, does that mean that’s indirect discrimination after all a man can’t have a baby???

tell me about it. :twisted: The amount of wasted hours of my life spent on vexacious litigants entitled to freebie claims is absolutely obsurd. :twisted:
I gave away today: 4 claim forms and 4 fee exemption forms to one guy. He is claiming for everything. He comes up every WEEK getting more and more forms.
It will only stop when a judge rules that he is taking the piss.
For that to happen his cases have to be known and his name known. Till then its mugs like me and my collegues spending time processing all the claims, the people he is claiming against processing their replies, etc etc.

I know that Tony and Guy do like you to have one of their haircuts, it’s advertising, nobody is going to see her hair, why should she get the job if she isn’t going to do it, part of the job is to have a good hair style, you don’t have a hairdresser with messy hair, it’s not good for business, so why have someone that doesn’t even show their hair?

and thats because almost all claim lawyers are muslim. fact not a lie. my cousin is a lawyer and they hate the claim sect because they are all asian grabbers who work for peanuts for their own and reap it back from employers and car insurers mainly.
and i repeat the system lets them it’s not the lawyer decides is it and i really cant see that lawyers being muslim has anything to do with it or is it that they dont charge £50 for wiping their nose while listening to you like the lovely christian lawyers do. The system let her claim and gave her the £4000 her beliefs have nothing to do with it
