This morning in Court number 5 at the Royal Courts of Justice in The Strand, Central London, Mr. Justice Holland heard the appeal of political prisoner Kevin Hughes. The proceedings took all of 10 mins, while Kevin was locked in a dock with bars sitting beside a prison officer. Mr. Justice Holland in his esteemed ‘wisdom’ reduced the racially motivated part of Kevin’s sentence by 6 months, indicating that the judge during the original trial at Worcester Crown Court had been a little bit severe, while the alleged assault part of his sentence (12 months) unfortunately stays the same.

Incredibly during the original trial no doctor’s notes were ever produced to substantiate the alleged assault that the Kurdish twice failed asylum-seeker had told police had taken place, (in fact no doctor had ever examined the man at the time of the incident or at any time after,) this was brought up at today’s appeal by Kevin’s barrister but this didn’t seem to sway the appeal judge. Kevin will now be released in May 2007. Such is the parlous state of British “justice” today a man will spend Christmas incarcerated away from his family and friends, based on the word of a man who was twice refused his application for asylum, who claimed he was verbally abused by our man but then later claimed he could not speak English during the original trial.

    No justice for patriots

So there we have a situation where no evidence was provided, no eye-witnesses and one proud Englishman’s word against that of a man accused of being a liar. It seems increasingly apparent that Kevin Hughes was being used as an example. The State will try and jail any patriot or anyone on the slightest pretence and if that patriot happens to be a card carrying member of the British National Party the punishment is increased. The State will not tolerate dissent and opposition to its plans to transform Britain into a police state beholden to the diktats of unelected commissioners in Brussels, populated by the flotsam of the Third World, bogus asylum seekers and anyone who will work for less than domestic workers, our traditions destroyed and our hard won liberties stolen from us, the heirs of a great civilisation.

Throughout history those that have challenged the prevailing status quo have found themselves persecuted, jailed, threatened, even murdered. Today’s ruling regime acts no differently in its bid to keep a grip on power, it uses every instrument of state to repress, harass and attack today’s challengers, today’s dissidents who are fighting to win back our nation from those liberal-leftists who have usurped power and begun to transform our once green and pleasant land into a dark, dangerous and alien country bearing little resemblance to its former noble and proud self.

A card-carrying member of the BNP involved in racially-motivated thuggery? What a far-fetched idea! I’m sure he was nowhere near the victim at the time of the crime, he was probably on his way to evensong with a basket of homemade cookies and lemonade.

proof that the pre-conceived idea of what the BNP stand for will never be forgotten, specially by the judiciary.

And if the BNP ever took power there would be only be show trials or summary executions.

strange that when you google Kevin Hughes the bnp’s link say’s the man he attacked is an iraqui not kurdish as you have stated emma.

but i guess the original nationality doesn’t really matter after all he wasn’t the same colour as card carrying bnp members….eh?

You’re out of luck, they stopped doing them years ago.

There are fascist marches against them though. Becarefull, there are laws against incitement to racial hatred.
