Terrific game of football tonight at Celtic Park – and I’m a Rangers fan. I think it’s fair to say that lady luck was smiling on them both but it’s good to see them in there.
Hard to say who’ll do better as I haven’t been particularly impressed with either thus far, though it is early and there have been some positive signs.

29 August, 2007 at 11:02 pm #285350I’m quietly confident about Rangers’ chances. Walter didn’t send his team out against SGSDKOHG GKJSKGA (I think that’s what they’re called) to win the game on the night but to ensure that their lead was safe. We’re getting good at winning ugly now – Killie, St.Mirren to name but two – but it is obvious that the team hasn’t properly gelled yet and that’s a worry. Defensively, we’re looking pretty good with Cuellar and McGregor on great form but the bigger tests are yet to come.
As for Celtic, when they’re on form they look like they can beat anyone. Especially at Parkhead. Except the rejuvinated Rangers side that Smith turned up with…..
