I wandered around when i was a boy with my eyes fixed to the pavement all the time, lost in a daydream.
So I often walked right into a lamp post.
I remember that my head felt quite sore afterwards.
Once I walked in front of a bus. I noticed the bus about an inch away from me and looked up to see the driver’s mortified face. He was too alarmed even to shout, his mouth was wide open. I just shrugged and walked on.

Mysterq- interesting concept, “dreamers of the day” known also as Day Dreaming, right?
Ever hear expression, “women’s work never done..?” Maybe this what I am doing now away from all in the quiet room of my home. Tired, sitting back with my animals who are hiding and scared of sounds of the fireworks being heard…between my legs on the floor. Ha.. for days preparing foods, steaks marinating, chicken, fish,ribs, hotdogs,hamburgers,salads, corn,naming a few, and many assorted desserts in which my neighbors and I have done, let us not forget assorted beverages too. I am going around refilling, supplying making sure all is full, all content and happy, people in pool, some watching baseball, some volleyball, batmitten, I would rather be alone on a quiet mountain top having my own picnic with my animals away from all.. Lawrence may be correct in thought, but people here would assume me not right in the head. Hee hee, or me having a problem…me thinks…
Missing a real d.j. though, music being supplied by cd player think holds 5 at same time. Neighbor has it hooked up so filtering between 4 homes. Some of us have 1 or 2 acres of land between us. I have one and a half.. don’t like music selection….Heh me not in control.. hee hee.1 member liked this post.
Scep, not wondering some times if we are so deep in thought about something, concentration, we drift out of mind and body to some place else shortly…return back to the reality. Not laughing at you, with you, too have walked in between cars not using a cross walk. Sure bus and car would have same effects for us.
We’ll do have to return back to my job in 6 hours sadly, the wolves are looking for more ice and marquerita mix.. and I want to go to bed at this hour of 4pm.. but being one of the hostesses duty calls. Quiet disturbed….
