28 May, 2005 at 10:56 pm #593where do you go, drinking your favourite pint
in your local pub, where you might be home late
where are you now, starting a fight
begging at the door, asking for one moreand if you see me standing at the bar
 I’m ordering one more
and if you see me standing at the bar
 I’m thinking of going home
before I’m falling to the floorwhere do you go, stumbling back home
would you walk me back and ask me inside
where would you be if I said I was alone
and if I could see, would you swear I was blindand if you see me standing there drunk in the rain
 shouting your name
and if you see me standing pouring wet in the rain
would you see me standing in pain
just to remember your namewhere did you go, the weekends just a blur
do you not hate yourself after what you did to her
it was just one for the road, one for the night
do you not hate yourself, or do you feel alrightif you see me coming home drunk from a different world
I’ll text you on the walk home just to say I love you
and I’ll go out and find my girl from the other side of the world
just to say I love you, just to say I’m sorry
I love you4 June, 2005 at 10:37 pm #112664thanks.. heres another one i wrote this week.. was’nt gonna post it.. but hey.. what the hell :) just gotta spell check it first… yep.. here it is.. about starting again, after another relationship ends with somone who you thought was the one… and running out of time.. cause i’m getting old :( 25 next starting over I am starting over
 starting over
but getting wiserlike the wind that couldn’t blow you over
like the drink that drank you sober
like the mountain only you could climb
like the waves that could only soak you drylike the healer who couldn’t preach
like the stars you failed to reach
like the dreams we fell so short
like the wishes, I wished for so much moreI am starting over,
 starting over
 and where do I begin
 I’m running out of time
I’m getting olderwhen I see you there in your picture
it breaks me down and it makes me cry
all I dreamt was to be kissed by you
I never had the chance as you passed me bylike the bird who forgot to fly
like the angel who set herself free
like the beautiful flower that died in front of me
like us all and what we can never beI am starting over
 starting over
 and where do I begin
 I’m running out of time
