No it isn’t. Someone posted that on my site the other day. It’s photoshopped.
Besides, that wouldn’t work. In British law you can’t smoke anywhere that has 3 walls or more. That obviously has three walls. It says nothing about a ceiling.

I think people know smoking kills, it does say so on the packet, people take no notice of it, I reckon a better idea for people to stop smoking, is maybe a big orgy of gay men painted on the walls, somthing disgusting, or a picture of heather mills without her leg, somthing like that
