Oh and 2 Michelin star prawn cocktails with prawn marie sauce dash of paprika slightly drizzled with lemon…..

More power to you LD i hope you do well in your business .i found some good ideas in Australian womens weekly cook books barbeque cookbook .They had a little section about picnics and suggested a flask of soup,seasoned chicken drumsticks,coleslaw,carrott cake .They are very eighties style cookbooks but have great recipes in them > Good luck in your business venture LD.

Thank you rosanna, I’m up for all suggestions. I’m doing a Mother’s Day tea box this weekend and have completely sold out! They don’t even know what they are getting yet as told them it would be pot luck! Needless to say I’m going to be very busy this weekend so it’s good I’m an early riser!

Use easter eggs….for birthdays….use icing to write their names on…bespoke touch..?

I had BIG plans for Easter boxes. Bought loads of Easter stuff for them from Poundland for decorations and frippery!
However, I simply ran out of energy and still need to perfect my piping skills with these bloody Russian nozzles!
What I did instead was make up little treat bags for the local children to find on an Easter Hunt they are doing tomorrow. Couldn’t bear to waste the stuff.
I’m planning on doing some Father’s Day boxes next. So need some manly suggestions of what to put in it!

i still say a bespoke ld’s candle in every box…would be a lovely thought….maybe ld’s fathers day candles
