It wouldn’t take much though to get a print of the sign post…of your choice after altering the words, then stick it over the official sign then take a photo before taking off your printed sign.

LOL! Seems like the ones in London might be named after acts of lewdness etc went on…as a lot of prostitution etc in the old days. Got so notorious these places, streets were named after the things that went on there.
