Ha! Flipper I loved the whip and top too… I remember making petty patterns on top with chalks… hours of fun. It was so funny too that the boys couldn’t do it… I remember them trying and getting annoyed… definitely a girl thing :D

I was a bit of a tomboy, hated dolls, loved toy cars. I had my own scalectrix and loads of corgi cars and dinky cars, my three favourites are below. I broke my heart when I lost the 2 children out of the back of the chitty chitty bang bang, making my grandfather walk up and down the street with me in the dark of night looking for them.
Yvonne, when I did finally give in and have a doll, it was Tressy :D

Go Cart
All of which are probably now available as an equivalent with Wii, or some other electronic gadget……… 1000 times the original cost and minus the fun.

Not sure about them being a favourite toy, but these kept us occupied for hours, trying to do the tricks without doing ourselves serious damage!
