selling 12 red roses for £4.48 or was it £4.98 anyhow, whichever it is….
i wonder how many men are going to buy them from there for their loved ones on Valentines day

I wouldnt care where they came from myself..they’re gonna die anyway and its the thought that counts. I’d rather my loved one make me a card before Valentines day than run out a buy a $5 card at the last minute… :roll: And mine probably will. I hate getting flowers or candy -so predictable and ordinary..I like it to be something a little more original.

but by saying that its because i know i havent got a chance in hell of getting any roses this year lol

I haven’t got anyone to do anything for tomorrow but if I had I wouldn’t buy flowers, it’s too passe.
I’d prefer to write a poem or a story and paste it onto a background of her favourite picture, or find a romantic scene to use and then frame it… makes it much more personal.
