I always use hardcore or dance music on my bike linda….just a better beat to pedal to. And Dance music and hardcore generally has a faster bpm than rock so it is a great motivating factor on a bike. To be honest though, i will be only using my headphones at intervals when i get tired which will probably be after day 1. LOL If i haven’t already said……i will be leaving Wednesday at 10 am and back at Sunday or Monday. If i’m not…kindly call out the coast guard. LOLOLOLOL
