    Sceptical….

Think you of most will agree that I tend to go outside the box, and try to rationalize, find a common ground, perhaps root and cause if you will..

    But….Serious….

This original thread, article introduced, was a voice of a race who often feels cheated, not equally treated/fairly……
    due…

Reflecting now more would you not say, often race may be found as an excuse or excuses for inequality, but maybe more so the race is used as a root of many issues, but personality more reason for the conflicts?

P.s. the Donald sending troops to Afghanistan has many of us uptight, angry..pull out phase, say what now..

Oh and some one here said U. S. hotdogs taste like shit. Agree unless buy Nathan OR Sabrette, best.

Do not eat ones either offered at ball games in foil..awful too….

Linda, I’m not sure what you exactly mean by the above.

But if I ever visit New York – a city i would love to see, but  sadly have no plans to visit, Boston being the nearest place I touched – then your advice will be welcome.

Are you from the city or the state, btw?

I knew someone from the state. A place called Binghamton.

Is it true that adultery in New York City is a criminal offense punished by imprisonment??

    Sceptical..Guy

Ah, you disappoint me a very little, but fine.

N.Y. State.. Boston is lovely place to visit.. relatives, visited often years ago. Now deceased. Offered places to see.. 3 hours or so drive for me.

Binghamton, also 3-4 hours drive from me. Not been there personally…worked with Matthew Starr, IBM employee on line..With a College 3 years. A Professor. Psychology courses. Knows me very well. Was his T.A., think retired now. So if you know him, he will tell you all about me…

Adultery- not that I am aware of from experience. Adultery however is common in Courts for Divorce proceedings. Helps either party get out easier, and dividing up legal assets…

Common law marriage one time accepted here. Living with some one more than 7 years. My belief this no longer exist but also used in marital divisions with courts…

And people assume if we live in New York, we live, breathe, act like city folks. Raised in a Country setting. Still some what, but city folks exiting coming more our way… this is why have been thinking of moving away. City folk live a very pace of life, my opinion..good people many, but country setting very different….

    And some what saying before,
Power in my opinion, and History reflects as well, that those who can divide and conquer, have wealth, money, title, support, followers, become leaders and ability to divide the races as well as explored in another post, need to hire different races, government provides extra revenu. Make sense?

“Your advice be welcome” statement sounded kind of curt..am I wrong under assumption by the response?

    Under New York Law…

“Adultery” is defined as an act of sexual or deviate sexual intercourse, voluntarily performed by the defendant spouse with a person other than his or her spouse during the course of the marriage.”

    Each State has own Laws..

Our’s apparently Class B misdemeanor. Sentence year or less in a County jail.. No State prison time…

Now really am laughing here. Have no one I know who ever went to county jail. And have had few friends file this way to divorce…
Think in a court unless pictures actually provided with evidence of the sexual act would it be sumissable, perhaps used if one of the parties wanted to be very nasty, or get full custody of the children..but to be honest, am not familiar or have known, or seen it used in the courts. Also would think applied to assets of the marital dispute if was a billionaire, millionaire perhaps….

I can provide you a case very active in with a firm.. 90’s… very profiled as well. My boss/firm worked on it for solid 7 years. You can do research..lord exhausting. Will be with me till I die, especially getting to know sons well. One died 4 years ago. Other very ill. We keep in touch from time to time.

Couple, Millionaires from Scarsdale, New York. Went missing..bodies never found. Poor relatives no disclosure for them ever… Roma…

Actually surrogate Brewster was a very tuff man. So much money involved, took us 7 years to finally declare both deceased.. as can not give you details or investigation process, my oath, story and firm well hi-lighted in media. Article found excludes information of firm, and new York times off some what. But because of time assume..

    Here is the article…

“Scarsdale Man, Missing 5 years, declared dead”

Wife also had to be declared dead may be reason took us 7 years…

    http://Www.nytimes.com

So put top up first maybe…

    Enjoy reading….

    Thanks, Linda.

No, I don’t know anyone at Binghamton Univ.

The link you provided doesn’t connect to the story.

    Why did I disappoint you??

I disappoint me a lot. I think most of us disappoint ourselves in the end.

    Sceptical…

After wrote what did, looked up the link. That is why said first maybe. Try again..
“Scarsdale Man missing 5 years, declared dead..” see if link to n.y. times comes up..see if article comes up. Tried it again did.. google…. story, he was a oil tycoon retired. 74… wife and him traveled every year same route to Florida. Car missing. Wife had $60,0000-80,000.00 in jewelry some of the article.

Well disappointment not exactly, little said.. Usually you are so on target expressing an opinion. Look to read them as I respect the point of view.. this case, expressing personality may be reason to why races have such differences…thought response would be different, more like you. More mellow, not understood me. No problem we are cool.

I disappoint me too, and guess others as well….some times..hee hee….

Not sure you’d like my humour, Linda.

Still not sure why I disappointed you.

I my post a couple of ‘jokes’ here, but I’m going away soon and I’ll post them when I return.

I’m genuinely sorry to hear of your troubles. Most people here either have troubles or are in post-traumatic shock after surviving their troubles lol
