    Yes it does in Brighton.

    If you eat in a good restaurant, you take your time and enjoy the food and the wine.

    The whole point is to relax and have a good time.

    i went for an italian on friday, me and my friend ate our dinner within about 10 mins, then stared at this paiting for about half an hour, trying to work out what the hell it was
