Whether you loved it or hated it, we all went to school.
What are the (good, bad or funny) moments from those days that you still remember now?
Mine was inadvertently squirting water in the deputy head’s face during an end of term water fight. Then there was getting drunk on a school skiing trip aged 13 with the teachers trying to sober me up by rubbing snow in my face. :D And pouring custard (cold and runny) over someone’s head in a revenge attack for grassing me up! 8)
I was a goody two shoes at school (nothing changes huh :lol: ) so never got into any trouble…..I do remember once when a teacher asked where Linda Parker was…I put my hand up and said “Miss she was in the previous class”….needless to say I got a punch in the stomach later on in the day :lol:
My brother was always getting the cane….I would hear about it during the day because someone or another would come running up to me and tell me :lol:
Hated my science teacher…not sure why but she used to pick on me!Will post some more when I remember anything Panda…..great thread
Getting caught up an apple tree (strictly forbidden!), knocking the apples off with a tennis racket for my m8’s, by my math’s teacher – maths was the next lesson!! :oops:

A good attempt at trying to fit in with the crowd and post an innocuous thread that all can join in with. Unfortunately your association with those considered to be very disturbed may not have the desired effect you would have wished.

Bunsen Burners.……………..too many to relate. Maybe one day someone will start a bunsen burner thread. We live in hope.
Strip Poker with no lessons on last day of school . . . . . . . . . ok, I’ll admit, 20 years later I was still a virgin.
Rugby when you missed the last lesson explaining rules and then they threw the ball at you, just as the elastic on your shorts snapped . . . . . . don’t even even go there . . . . .
bunsen burners !!! now we are talking ! we made hooch with the full blessing of derek selby.Who told us we could stick a needle through the iris of an eyeball ! He would have a cigarette as dorothy low ( wild child that made the rest of us look like bairns) made him erect. Openly burst thermomoters to play with the mercury/quick silver. we were 14 years old ! Poor derek was sacked and replaced with the strictest science teacher EVER !! He ws still there when my son went to the school.. and i ws not scared of him anymore and he looked tiny ! He claimed he could not remember me.. I was tempted to show him the bruising caused by his belt, as i giggled over the word TESS TOSS TERONE !! he almost spat in my face as he made me say it over and over..raving loony !! but fook me i passed all my science/a.p.h exams :)
