I’m not sure the show can really be blamed though.
A life is lost and families greiving and we say its ok, its not the shows fault? Its not our fault?

The show, i think, should be held accountable somehow for the death of Mr Dymond. By all accounts he failed a lie detector test about his alleged cheating. The fact he failed and his fiance left him drove him to take his life.
What i meant by not the shows fault was more that i suppose they had no way of knowing what would happen. Its run for 14 years or something and there have been positive outcomes.

I did some reading on it, I think more skeletons will appear out the closet Echo, apparently dubious methods were used by the production team in the background to “wind” people up along the lines “they said this they said that”, all lies of course and also allegedly the aftercare was a brief conversation along the lines of “how are you and are you ok”.
