makes a financial killing out of little feel-good aphorisms about life, love and ageing.
There’s always a market for that sort of middlebrow crap.
There’s a lot of money to be made, mister q, if you get your act together like Mr de Botton.

I had cbt.
It’s good in some ways, but they have found that it’s got weaknesses.
It’s not the cure-all it was once thought.
I’ll say more if needed.

Time and place for everything. It is when to know to use it.
