I’m just curious how people differentiate between a sweet gesture, and a romantic one. Would you consider a sweet person be equally/more/less considerate and thoughtful than a romantic person?

Is not sweetness itself, an act of love and appreciation? and if not, can/should someone who is sweet also be romantic?

I’m just trying to get a feel for peoples thoughts on this, as I often hear the words ‘romantic’ and ‘sweet’ transcend between obvious meaning, and wondered if it really matters, as long as you show your thoughts and feelings in some way.

people say i’m a sweetie, but would’nt say i’m romantic.. i don’t go ott.. but somtimes romance can be small things too… little gestures can mean the world some time

and i guess thats me being sweet too :)

    I agree with Tommy…

sweet – when its only friendship and non sexual

romantic – when there is more feeling involved and you are more than just friends.

I think a person your in a relationship with still can be sweet by doing something nice for you or unexpected but mostly its people such as friends and family that are sweet.
And obiviously the person your in a relaionship who is romantic, just my view :-k
