    I have had the same problem with Virgin too. Mine were music vids and movies, my kids don’t know the password! If you have a password then you might stand a chance of telling them to get knotted! :lol:

    yeah i got a password and all that sian..i have NEVER even ordered a film from them.I dont even know how too. so im hoping its wiped,,but 100 quid debt..IF its that wee radge i swear i shall remove his remaining one tooth ! I couldnt go accusing him today,i shall await what the folks at virgin say..

    And why bother getting porn vids off there if there is the internet?
    I think they have made the mistake chick, how could anyone watch that many vids in one night? :shock: I’d be more concerned about the stains on my sofie! :lol:

    pLUS I get my broadband from them so thats another argument i can use..no crusty bits on settee that i can see..but then again its pastel coloured. durty wee fvcker :)

    I am leaving virgin! I can’t stand talking to people I don’t understand, I want to speak to someone in the UK not Deli Hypermart! :twisted: My bills are always being messed about! :twisted:

    Go to sky… they are based in Scotland whenever I ring them.

    Rubes, if you dont get anywhere by telephone then write to them.

    Demand/insist that YOU never ordered the pay per view stuff. Dont say anything about anybody else living there or whatever, YOUR the bill payer and you NEVER ordered them.

    Demand a refund or you will cancel your subscription with immediate effect. And also threaten legal action over the cost.

    I would imagine doing the above by phone and/or letter will get you a result.

    SKY based in Livingston, NM works for them, hense why i got my sky, also NTL, but as u said Sian ive never been able to undertsand anyone whom i talk to, plus when u got a thick accent like mine and i get irate very easyly lol u can imagine my phone calls, so we stop with NTL, as u never get the payment u seem to have a deal with always a wee surchanrge for sum shyte..!!!

    Tiscali are just as bad. I have to phone them
    every other month over my bill. :evil: and 9 times out of 10, I cant understand what the
