posted here in the wastelands because I couldn’t find the “Astronomy for Nerds” Forum.
A blast of ultra-violet light travels through a star ahead of it’s explosion, the luminosity of which equates to the light of a thousand billion suns……….

do you know what I love the most about youtube its not the vids themselves its the users comments, some funny ones on that link.

some of us drink from the fountain of knowledge, do you only gargle then ?
did you fall out of your family tree and into some gene pool while the lifeguards weren’t looking ?
maybe your intelligence has not only reached rock bottom but is now making digging motions ?
are you brighter than Alaska on a December evening ?
