I never forgot, not really.
Even when I was fighting the crocodiles, tunnelling out of the prisoner of war camp with a spoon and cleaning the whole of the Taj Mahal with salt and a toothbrush, the only thing that kept me going was the thought of being able to post on jc again.
It was all worth it. It made me the man I am today.

still sounds vaguely obscene….
haunting tune, though – to the Muffing Man, that is, I don’t know the tune of Muffin the Mule – that was on before we got a telly..Watch with Mother, Mr Pastry, and Sooty and Sweep were my first memories of television (also The Range Rider, with Dick West, All-American Boy)
i only know the Muffin Man from Sherk :oops:
