Well here it is, this should get interesting, theres lots of them, heres mine.

    1) Eric Cantona Although not a red myself, can’t deny his brilliance, single handily turned Man utd around, his vision, his touch his goals no player in my opinion has made a team or a stadium come to life like this man.

    2) Peter shmichael (probably spelt that wrong) The best keper of his generation, easy to forget just what he bought to utd, and for a keeper to make number two on anyones list says something about his ability, they woudn’t have won half the trophys without the big man between the sticks.

    3) Denis Bergkamp What a player, the things he can do with a football, he scores goals that are simply unbelievable, who else would have thought about the goal he scored against Newcastle, that turn I could watch it all day.

There it is, could have included so many others, an obvious exception is Henry, but given time he could make it to number 1, still got so many years left. an honourable mention to the little Italian Zola too, tremendous player,

Cantona will always be number 1 for me, also other players come to mind such as di canio, i loved watching him play, and why he never got a call up for the italian national team is as much surprise as to why cantona never played for france

just trying to think of a defender that came to england, and can’t think of any, maybe its because england have always had great quailty home grown centre backs in there time

patrick veria, also a top quailty midfielder, probably the best along side roy keane in that posistion
