Martin doesn’t read my messages, hasn’t for years.
He doesn’t police the chatrooms anyway.
So if you email you get no reply? Thing is…things go on behind the scenes that users are unaware of, so action may well be taken,you just wont know about it. All I can say is…the more people that contact him about abuse/hate speech,the more chance there is of action being taken,as has been seen by the guest situation.
