There's an old saying i remember………

If you can’t laugh in Summer then you will only despair in Winter….i can only speak for my self here but personally…..i’ve never been better and having the time of my life…..

That’s not to say that i do any thing special or out of the ordinary but i seem to have an inner contentment or satisfaction that keeps me on an even keel…..

Not to say that i don’t stay hungry though……as lack of hunger makes one complacent and possibly stuck in a rut as the saying goes….

Hunger can often be translated as passion……so what are you passionate about?

What drives you to do more than you would do normally?…..
