Turning up at the dentist for my check up to be told its been cancelled and they couldnt contact me cos they didnt have my number…… err how did they text me 2 days ago to remind me ???? And are dental receptionist trained to be snooty stuck up cows?

The doctors receptionists are worse, i refrained from saying what i thought…. the look on my face should have been enough !!!

Telling someone who always comes into the shop, browses and never buys, that no I’m sorry I don’t know anyone who does what they are looking for…then they hang around for 20 minutes, glancing at me, asking several times if I’m sure I don’t know anyone because they have an important decision to make and they need to make it in the next few days…and finally I realise that what they’re really looking for is for me to do it for free! :evil:

People who spend 3 weeks telling you how it’s finished, over, they’re never taking him/her back, how desolate and depressed they are…you listen, empathise, support them, help them to hold it together and not fall completely apart. Then they turn up with him/her in tow and act like the last 3 weeks just never happened…
