    The man who wrote “100 Things to Do Before You Die”, has died aged 47, he completed about half his list, no doubt aided by the money he earned.
    There have been many such books – do you read them or do you take a different attitude to life?

    No 49: Visit an NHS dentist and ask him to drill REALLY deep into an upper tooth (without anaesthetic) to see how far up the drill can go.
