Today is Mozart Day

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born on this day 250 years ago. He is among one of the most significant composers of european classical music.

His enormous body of work includes those that are classed as pinnacles of symphonic, chamber, piano, operatic, and choral music. Many of his works are considered to be masterpeices of the classical style.

He is in my opinion one of the best classical composers bar none His music has the ability to inspire passions and emotions and has both a tangible and ethereal quality to it, which is of course what all great music should have.

So happy birthday Mozart, long may your music live on.
