Yet again we are all being told that there is funding for adults over 20 who need to retrain or up date there skills.

    But its rubbish.

The funding is aim at “those” who will never work or the programs are for skills no one needs.

I just can’t understand why the gov thinks funding overseas workers and the disable will help.

There has always there is more funding for the under 25’s but most people who need to be retrained are older.

Like most trades, we are always being force to shell out for “trainning updates” or “reassessment” due to some new gov regs, there about £300 a day to do, but ther is no help with the cost.

I can see why the long term umployed never go back to work, there no money to fund them, no gov skill programs that offer real trainning.
