I’m not sure at all what the target is here. Women on message boards ? No, because he’s jumped from that to discuss wheel chair use by the dying. Well I hadn’t pondered that today, what is my stance ? I firmly believe that the more people who can stand up the better, thats my stance……….. anyway Jade Goody would be a good name to throw in now . . . . oh there it is. Good, that should get some attention !

asking if she’s had her legs cut off…….wot??

…….should we feel sorry for her and Swayze fella. Why ? They getting married then ? Noooooo don’t do it Jade, he’s mine….. (feckin internal monologues).
Right. I got it. He is having a go at females on the boards. Thread is asking Are they being required to pour out emotions too easily ??

    I think.

No, it’s about political correctness, spelling, and not insulting posters. ………hang on now he is pc…… Sheet I’ve lost it again. Wots this got to do with the wheelchairs, the spelling and the dirty dancing ?

    I’ll delete and not accidentally click on that Submit key, because life’s too . . . . . .

    oooooops

Jade Goody is gonna die and leave behind children, the media will pay handsomely because sick twisted people actually want to watch her deteriorate and quite possibly die live on television

Women on message boards will always be seen as virtuous, sensitive and vulnerable creatures.
Men, by comparison, are nasty and vindictive who are obsessive in their bullying and pursuit of women.

as for that bit… utter twaddle i’m afraid I’ve never bullied anyone or pursued anyone obsessively or otherwise and i’d wager there are others of the same ilk, we both know not all of the women are vunerable or sensitive, their virtuousness is their business, I neither know nor wish to know

I agree with Reason, your comments re Jade are callous, I find them offensive and ignorant….I only thank god we didn’t bump into anyone like you on our little outings.

Do you mean Jade Goody….or did she become just “Jade” all of a sudden?

You’ve expressed an opinion and that’s fair enough, but why do you have to resort to personal insults to quantify your views? I feel sympathy towards Ms Goody of course I do, but that sympathy – with the wall to call coverage of her illness – is wearing slightly thin right now.

Please – by all means, express an opinion – but do it without the insults. There’s no need and If I can do it, I’m sure you can.

So sorry Sir Actor if my referring to Ms Goody by her first name is deemed inappropriate, I didn’t think anyone would be in any way confused by such a reference given your opening post. I shall henceforth observe the appropriate levels of formality.

I apologise if you felt I was personally insulting you, I don’t read it that way so maybe I have a thicker skin than I realised. I have obviously been misinterpreting your previous posts to others too. If you are that sensitive a little flower (which I sincerely doubt) might I suggest you avoid forum 3 in the night hours, they’ll tear you to shreds… :-

It wasn’t inappropriate, just an indicator of how much time you spend watching TV.

Oh, is that a personal insult there? Surely not….

Your judgement is incorrect Sir Actor – I watch very little television, probably less than an hour a day, and I do not watch any of the reality shows. I have never seen Jade Goody on television apart from the odd appearances on the BBC news, and I do not read newspapers – I find it all too depressing and bearing no relation to how I see life. Any knowledge I have of Jade Goody and the countless other “celebrities” is gleaned from the radio, conversations with friends, and the BBC website….and of course forums such as this. My comments re her situation are based on human compassion, not “celebrity” worship.

Maybe your ability to judge people from their words here is as accurate as your truisms.

Very nicely put Jen-jen. I’m sure that if Sir Actor was able to reply, he would apologise for his rudeness and baiting.

    I won’t hold my breath….

    Good decision.
