okay after a minor hicup on tuesday (1 ciggy) :? and wednesday (6 ciggys) :? im back on track and havent smoked anymore. I knew i should have hidden the emergency supply of ciggys in a better hiding place :roll: one day at a time i suppose

BM you of little faith :shock: I havent smoked anymore since the 7 from the emergency supply i “accidently” happen to find in the car :wink: :wink: mainly cos there was only 7 left in the packet so I havent any more to smoke. Tomorrow will be three weeks and I know its not “purrrrfect” (<- joke get it he he) but 7 in three weeks isnt bad going and im still quitting :lol:
