And then started to rugby tackle them because i said they was cheating lol :shock:
24 August, 2008 at 4:06 pm #366235you should be fine to lose 7lb if you go for it though most of that will probably be water exercise definitely Hot water with a squeeze of lemon juice in the morning is supposed to kick start the metabolism Have breakfast, porridge is a good slow release food, eat every three hours (little and often) but not after two hours before you go to bed
