Does anyone use the voice recognition/command thing that comes with Vista???
When I first got my laptop and tried it, it was fun and said that it gradually gets to know your accent over time, but its SO time consuming!!! So I was just wondering has anyone got the full benefit of this feature yet or do you agree with me that its just a fancy add on that microsoft knew nobody would ever take advantage of…
oh and one more thing. It really doesn’t work when you’ve had a few drinksIt’s an ar$e, by the time I taught my RC2 to recognise my voice I got pi$$ed and that was the end of that, when I turned off the OS and re-booted the following day it had forgotten what it was taught, good job too eh?
If you want to come close to using your laptop as a frisbee carry on using it
However, if you do need VR facilities I recommend ‘Dragon Software’ as used by some good people I know

Ive not got vista, but that sounds like it could be quite a good laugh! Does it just ignore you when you are drunk then? Sounds like my other half….
when I’m really drunk i do slur a bit, so perhaps that, plus having a scottish accent will throw microsofts voice recognition in the wrong direction haha
