I hate to be racist or anything but yes there are a hundred people who could do his job and say yes sir no sir three bags full sir.

The threat of resigning only goes so far and its only because he goes way back with the firm that he is still there.

And its not even overtime on a Sat… he does a 6 day job. Easily replacable, but we will see what happens.
