Could be one of 2 things,
1. you do not have a usb2 interface on your computer
2. the drivers for your usb interface are wrong (ie, usb1.1 installed instead of usb2)12 July, 2005 at 8:56 pm #12621412 July, 2005 at 8:58 pm #126215@^Gary^ wrote:

2. the drivers for your usb interface are wrong (ie, usb1.1 installed instead of usb2)i thought that too.. so i downloaded the updated drivers.. from medion website… and basicly.. its just a folder full of drivers.. tried updating, but nothing happens.. so i gave up
maybe its point number 1.. i thought my comp was usb2, as it said on the box, when i bought it 2 years ago :)
