On the subject of Guides – I have to say there are some good ones , very fair , and show no favouritism at all ( thank goodness ) However, as with most things, there are good and bad as well. I just think that if someone is going to be booted , or banned , then they should at least get a warning before it happens. Not just banned with no explanation or earlier warning .
