I like pork slices, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, vegetables (pea, carrots etc), and then cover the roast potatoes and pork in a hot apple sauce.
For dessert a nice slice of cheesecake (lemon).

But today, veal parm., penne a la vodka, garlic bread, tossed salad…..
Dessert, coffee and biscoti cookies dunked…..
