One of my cats had a respiratory infection a couple of months ago and it frightened the fook outta me and I was so stressed and concerned.
It’s a horrible thing to go through Catz xoxoxoxo

5 April, 2005 at 7:39 pm #33441Kenty – that sounds painful
Katz – sorry about your news :(
as for what’s pissed me off, it’s pretty mild compared to the above, but here goes:
today, our new bonus scheme has been announced – FINALLY, we’ll get rewarded far more for bringing in new business than for just getting revenue from existing business
it’s just gutting to think that it’s not going to start until the next bonus payment is due, i.e. for work from April to June.
For this last quarter, from my permanent new business alone (and there is more new business I brought in on the temp side), I’d have earned £850 bonus ON TOP of my normal bonus – could have done with that!
5 April, 2005 at 7:55 pm #33442lol was feking painful LMN
soz to hear that LMN, guess that’d be a major piss off
(oh and its Catz, not katz  )[/u]
5 April, 2005 at 8:08 pm #33443I’ll live – I’m just annoyed because
a) it’s about time
b) when I took the job, they refused to give me a sodding £500 more money than they initially offered, to bring it up to the MINIMUM salary I’d always said I’d take, to cover my 50 mile commute (each way), saying that I’d take on a warm desk (i.e. existing business & leads) and would earn bonus from day one – then when I started, our office was under strict instructions from the ops director that the ONLY business I was allowed to work on was business I’d brought in FROM SCRATCH, and I worked in an untouched territory. I earnt….wait for it……….£4 bonus last quarter….BEFORE tax! :roll:sorry, rant over, I love my job and there are lots of great things about my company, but no place & no job is perfect :D
