this is my first month on the scheme, hence the bill and work to bring it up to scratch…I aint happy at all and they gave me one little fan heater ffs! :roll:
as for the water they reckon they can leave me without it :?

Hot water is normally classed as a basic need :? Im pretty sure they cant leave You without it Legally :? You are aware that they couldnt switch it off without Youre permission arnt You :wink: ( they allways forget to tell You that part ) If I were You Id cancel the contract with them and ask the HVCA for a list of Companys in Youre area and use a local Firm :wink: ( Dont worry about Cowboys if they are HVCA listed they have been vetted )

they never asked me no….wamkers!!! :evil:the parts are on order now though so I’m stumped really :?
See if anyone You know knows an Boiler Engineer someone normally does and ask them for a second opinion :wink:

oh…the other thing that p1ssed me off is the black tips I have done on my hair are washing out again and have gone dark brown cos of me being blonde underneath :roll:
