I used colief with my youngest… it predigests the lactose in the milk reducing the colic from what I can remember… I used that along side those special bottles which sort out the airflow and stop the baby gulping in air so much.
Colic is a b it ch… hope he overcomes it soon Will x

I am having a crap few days..

I got a migraine half way through ladies day and had to come home early where I was promptly violently sick for most of the night…. yesterday was a blurr… i slept most of the day just waking up to pop pills in between with the odd sip of water. Today I am still headachey but it is easing with pills now whereas it didn’t before and the nausea is still there but at least I am managing to keep the odd rich tea biscuit down.

After 18 months of no migraines I thought they were a thing of the past. Apparently not

I only came online to check my bank stuff… i had a quick peep in here.. am going now before I make my noodle worse.

    Here endeth my moan.

Edited coz when I read it back it didn’t make sense at all.

Yea Mel thats exactly what i had to do with Connor, he had it really badly and it was heartbreaking, but apparently some forms of colic r due to babys being unable to break down the lactose in the milk, so the colief drops break it down for them, worked wonders with those bottles, once he started on the bottles and the colief he was a diff baby, hope it works for u will and you get some sleep soon

Brings back long sleepless night with my eldest, shame the gripe water did not work it did the trick with my daughter. hope the infacol does the trick you love your kids but when they wont stop crying you want to chuck them out the window lol.

remember the old saying chron, dont throw baby out with the bath water :!:

besty all my kids remain intact managed to control myself and not chuck them anywhere lol they are and will always be my greatest blessing in life, was a stressful time though if you could give some teenagers a baby with colic for the night i really do feel there would be less teenage pregnancies.
