rite folks…. its late at nite, was appeals to you for a late bite of supper…??
take away,? a rumage in the cupboard and whip up sumthing good..? ( PATS springs to mind there lol )

ive just made a BLT and its yummi… last nite was a piece n mince with curry powder n broon sauce…
ive got my nibble bread toasted ( got a cheek lol ) smeared with low fat mayo… rocket and spinach leaves tom laced with sea salt n black pepper…. nice grilled ayrshire middle mmmmmMMMmmmm its brilliant i don’t want it to end lol
