All of this button pushing doesn’t do anything, but it is a good way to work off anger, and it makes us feel like we have a big time phone system

We have the woman that answer the phone and take message for her boss. She is most good at this and is very able to lie to the customer when he calls us. This is most useful and save us much money as she is not paid too much for lying to people. She do this all the time anyway so it is no different for her to do this for us.
