    Good Morning everyone,

My name is Laura, and I am Woodies’ Granddaughter. My Grandma June, My Dad (Woodie jnr), brother and I are really touched by all the messages on this site. Your thoughts and condolences have really meant a lot to us all, especially all the lovely things you have said and memories you have shared. My Granddad really enjoyed using this site, and all of the lovely people he talked to, and even met up with on occasions. He talked about it a lot, and it brought him a great deal of joy. Thank you all for taking the time to post your messages, words can’t express how touched we were/continue to be when we see them. You are all lovely people and we wish you all the best.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this Laura. Many in the chatroom have said how your post brought a tear to their eye and how much they appreciate you posting in your time of grief, which just goes to show what a much valued and lovely chatter your Grandfather was and will never be forgotten.

    To Woodie,

Thinking of you today, St Valentine’s Day, the day you are laid to rest. You were a special friend to me and many others. My biggest regret is that l never got to meet you in person, but to those who did were never disappointed, as you were a kind, caring, thoughtful gentleman. You will be sadly missed not only by me but by everyone who crossed your path. Never be forgotten. Condolences once again to your lovely family. Hope you get a great send off today which you certainly deserve. May you rest in peace xxxxxxxx[/b]
