i didnt watch the prog… as the adverts spooked me enough…
im all for your child being nursed by the mother… as i said… i did nurse both my kids… my daughter is turning 8 this yr.. and i managed to last 2 wks…. it was the most painfull experience i encountered… she suckled strong n hard… and started to draw blood… ( as u could flip my nips lol) so she went onto the bottle and i got more settled…. with my son who’s now nrly 7mths… i lasted just to 5 wks… a total different experience i was less tense and more comfortable… and did nurse in public… very discretly .. i don’t think theirs a need to whip ur tit out in public… its a natural moment…. and is the best nurishment u can give your child…
but this when do u stop… my son now has 2 front teeth and im glad im not nursing… i think thats when u need to stop nursin from the breast,,,, u can express your milk… so why don’t the mothers express this milk for older children…
i especially don’t wish to stop mothers from nursing in public… there’s that advert on telly promoting nursin ur babies… and in advert i didnt realise the mother was feedin her child as it was very discret… there’s no need ladies to whip those boobies out in full view… nursin ur baby is an natural moment between urself n ur baby… not for others to view…

here ive seen a prog comin on aboot how long u should breast feed ur kids… and scraped my jaw aff the floor when i saw this 8/9 yr jumpin up on the couch and pullin her mothers top up and helpin herself… now im sorry this my own opintion… and i did whince when saw this… i nursed both my 2… and when i saw the advert for this prog… the woman where just pullin their boobs out and firin the kids onto it… i thought it made nursin ur kid very awkward lookin… as when i feed my kids out in public.. u wouldnt even know i was doin it….
but when is the rite age to stop nursin..?? is their a rite age…?? with my oldest i only managed until the 2nd wk…. with my boy 5 wks… if i continued i think i would of gave up when he was aboot 5 mths… but when i saw that 8/9 still nursin… i thought… no to me thats too old… especailly in full view and no disgrection…. and if this kid still wanted breast milk… surely she could express sum…??

i do feel if u can do it … then yeah .. but u can do it discretly… not heavin the full boob out …
