It’s not the best MJ, make sure you get some anti biotics… my bro had an infection in his, it weakened it and it didn’t mend properly, he banged it and it broke again! Knobbly knee talk… my mates dad has gone into hossy today to get his knee replaced… Ekkk it’s all aboot the knees! :lol:

ShaZZa goin to post the pic’s o ma knee the morra don’t be eatin ur tea when viewin nasty lol i thought i was doin good tryin to do the stairs in the hoose twice aday to excercise it..!! then i moved me bedroom furniture aboot, pushed it aroon lol but my physio told me ice packs n bedrest again..!! ive got a weddin in 7wks don’t want a lardy ar5e again just takin shape nicely.. i am..!! plus ive eaten a yrs worth o malteeZers in the last mth lol
