Hicpee birfday to both of yas – good excuse for a knees up, albeit a wee dram (or three) late for one of ya! mwa mwa xxx :D :D
I like both, for different reasons. The main one, I suppose, is that unless you are registered you can’t leave a message on a thread – so if I don’t go into chat, I will miss some of the peeps who aren’t.

Depends on the cause but try the following:
Try applying some hemorrhoid cream under the thin skin of the eye – yes, seriously! It contains anti-inflammatory agents that can help alleviate puffy eyes and is gentle enough to be put on the skin around the eyes.
Several times a day gently tap the skin where it’s puffy, starting from the inside and working out. This helps release and drain any fluid build up.
Apply cold compresses to your eyes. You can get gel filled eyepacks but used chamomile tea bags that have been chilled in the fridge are just as effective, as are cold spoons. And of course there’s the age old remedy of cucumber slices but you’ll have to get the cucumber off bornfree first :wink:
Stop drinking, or reduce, tea, coffee, fizzy drinks and anything containing artificial sweeteners.
Get at least 8 hours sleep a night.
Don’t apply moisturiser inside the orbital bone. If you use an eye cream, make sure it’s the right one and not too rich.

I bought some cream – wearing sunglases lol, nah………..but, have been using it for a week now and it is working! A friend of mine told me that apparently models use it, so I thought what the heck lol Thought I would let everyone know, as it might help someone else too! Thanks Jen x :D

So you don’t have a circle of friends or at least a couple of acquaintances who you prefer to others?
I know cliques/groups, but, I don’t like all who are in them. I like certain individuals and my friendship with them is completely apart from the rest. I know people who don’t like being associated with certain cliques/groups, but they still fraternise with them because of peer group pressure. This is not for me. I can have a supper/drinks party and just invite 2 people from a clique/group, and it doesn’t bother me in the slightest if the others’ noses are put out of joint. I don’t think I am unusual, and I would think there are quite a few peeps who feel and act the same way.
