Top tip, saw it on tv – you know when you cook a casserole or gravy or summit and it ends up with a film of grease on the top? Place a sheet of kleenex on the top quickly and it absorbs all the grease – I tried it, it works! :lol:

Yeah, it is jen jen lol – made it last night, say half a cm (you could always add more if it in the bowl after mixing if it looks a little dry) – I was just thinking about it when I was making it, also you put the parmesan on after you have tipped the mixture onto the spaghetti, not in the frying pan!!!
