Ok…write a bad poem and we shall see if I can knock it. :lol: William I almost NEVER give unfavorable remarks on poems, the reason is I see the good and beauty in most poems I read. I read some with horrible spelling, and some with no cadence, and some that have no meter….but there’s always something I see that is special and different about the poem.Besides I figure there’s plenty of people who like to pick a poem apart, and say what THEY think needs to be done to improve the poem. I leave that to those kinds of people!

I save pictures and when I write a poem I have a picture to go with it. When I was in a college, I had a job with a greeting card company, and they would just put the graphic/picture in front of me, and I would write the verse, poem etc. That job was fun and I loved it.That’s why pictures to this day inspire me to write!!Angelwolf

Ok…squirrels are cute…. but squirrels and I have a love-hate relationship. I put bird food out for my lovely birds and the squirrels come along and eat it all! GRrrrrrrrrrrr, makes me furious!! I have tried everything even feeding them and they still envade the bird feeders, I give up!Lovely poem describing them, but don’t let those furry friends fool ya!! :lol: :lol:

William,It’s one thing to write a poem on how you are feeling whether that emotion is love, anger, or jealousy. BUT….you have went even further and wrote a story with all those emotions in it! That can be difficult.
I have many poem where I do just that, and those poems have been some of my best poetry. I am totally loving this poem William. You know I can have a bad morning, and I can come here and read poetry and it just changes my whole mood. Poetry ROCKS!!

This poem has a lot of truth to it, sometimes life can seem overwhelming and difficult. A “task” just to make it through the day. I like this poem a lot Angel…it simplistic in nature but it’s complex in emotions, and that’s a nice blend.What’s going on Angel? Your poetic juices must be flowing, you can indeed write poetry Angel… keep ’em coming!!!
