cpu 66…i would say so yes it’s to hot, it could be 1 of the reasons your system is shutting down.
Not to say khost.exe is not playing a part aswell.
If you feeling brave, you could take a look at the back of the case at the ventilation holes and see if you have a load of fluff and dust pertruding(and the sides if your side panels has them). Might give you an idea of what the inside might be like.
Also you might want to move your case if at all possible to a more open space (if it’s not already) so a better air flow can get to it.
Not to say you have 1 of these type of desks, but they really don’t do the computer any favours.
As a last resort you could try this
just kidding by the way! lol.
Thanks for the PM Ugo and showing me your PC, but i dont think i can do anything to cure your bad taste and being camp.
Overheating is a problem i see all to often with customers. They have the PC in an enclosed space where air circulation is poor or the system fills with dust and fluff and many a time i have found dogs hairs inside peoples systems.
Ideally the maximum temp your Processor should be is 60c, lower the better.
Most processors have safety devices to switch your system off or reboot it once it gets to a certain temp as to safeguard it from damage.
Yep that is exactly what happened to my old pc. The fan got really really noisey and the pc shut itself down. I did give it a good clean and by Christ it needed it. It was quiet for a few days then the CPU blew up, hence the new one. Take the sides off Sharon, CAREFULLY, and give the fan a good clean.
Naughty naughty bat, that had gone, and for a reason
Seems not even allowed to delete your own posts anymore :o
That would be a good idea, except people will complain when they post on here and it’s not relivant to post the link on a youtube only thread type thing.
