To be honest….i was doing 2 hours at a time on level 20……only reason i say that is because the time only allowed 120 minutes but then i did 3 lots of that in a session so 6 hour hour sessions on the x trainer in reality at level 20. I had the time then…..

In my opinion…no time is ever wasted……just a learning experience……
